UAPF has introduced a new option for employers

In order to improve the provision of pension services, the UAPF has launched a new project "Office of a legal entity", which will facilitate and simplify the transfer of employee pension contributions to the employer.

This service is intended for employers who are tax agents whose duties include the transfer of employees' pension contributions and allows you to form, edit and print payment orders for the payment of mandatory pension contributions, mandatory occupational pension contributions and voluntary pension contributions.

Within the framework of this service, you can see a list of employees for whom you need to send payments to the UAPF, with the possibility of editing (deleting and adding employees). In addition, the service allows you to view all data on previously generated payment orders in the payment history.

Access to the office of a legal entity is granted to the first head who has the right to sign or a person authorized to sign financial documents only if there is an electronic digital signature for legal entities issued by the National Certification Center of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

UAPF specialists will tell about how the new service works at the "Open Day" on the topic "Office of a legal entity. UAPF online service for business owners", which will be held on March 18, 2022 in an online format.

All categories of the Fund's depositors are invited to the meeting, first of all, heads of organizations and enterprises, individual entrepreneurs, participants of small and medium-sized businesses.

During the event, the algorithm of using the electronic services of JSC "UAPF" in the office for legal entities on the website will be demonstrated enpf.kz . The responsible employees of the Fund will talk about the need to form pension capital through regular contributions and the role of both the employee and the employer in this process, as well as provide individual advice on other issues of interest to depositors.

UAPF was established on August 22, 2013 on the basis of JSC "NPF "GNPF". The founder and shareholder of the UAPF is the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan represented by the State Property and Privatization Committee of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan. The trust management of pension assets of the UAPF is carried out by the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Since January 1, 2016, the functions of developing proposals to improve the efficiency of pension assets management have been transferred to the National Fund Management Council. In accordance with the pension legislation, the UAPF attracts mandatory pension contributions, mandatory occupational pension contributions, voluntary pension contributions, pension payments, individual accounting of pension savings and payments, provides the depositor (recipient) with information on the status of his pension savings (more on www.enpf.kz )
