On the establishment and publication of the results of the elections of the akim of the Akkum rural district, held on August 1, 2021

In accordance with articles 14, 44, 113-10 of the Constitutional Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated September 28, 1995 "On Elections in the Republic of Kazakhstan" and on the basis of the attached protocols of the precinct election commission on the results of counting votes for the elections of the akim of the rural district held on August 1, 2021, the district election commission DECIDES:

1. To recognize the election of the akim of the rural district as held.

2. Consider Nurbek Saurenovich Zhandauletov as the elected akim of the Akkum rural district.

3. To publish in the mass media a message on the results of the elections of the akim of the Akkum rural district, held on August 1, 2021, according to the annex to this resolution.
