In particular, the cost is 1.5 billion tenge. 680.0 million tenge allocated for the Samara-Shymkent-Kamystybas-Amanotkel-Zhanakurylys highway of regional significance (21 KX), started in 2021 in the amount of 100.0 million tenge, construction work continued.The construction of the Kyzylzhar-Shomishkol highway (12 KX) has begun on tenge.
In addition, 228.0 million tenge "entrance to the settlement of Sazdy" (0-10, 10-21 KX), 287.56 million tenge. Reconstruction of highways of 10 streets of Aralsk with a length of 9.75 km (1,450.0 thousand tenge) and construction of a highway of regional significance "Samara-Shymkent-Kamystybas-Amanotkel-Zhanakurylys" (21 km) (for 680,000,0 thousand tenge), which was started last year, is also continuing.

Ensuring road safety :

According to the Nurly Zhol program: With funds allocated from the regional budget, the work started in 2018 on the average repair of the Samara-Shymkent-Zhaksykylysh-Tokabai-Abai highway was completed (from 15 to 98.4 km - 981.032 million tenge), "Access road to the city of Aralsk" (9.3 km - 123.141 million tenge), "Zhanakurylys-Bekarystan bi" (23 km - 206.292 million tenge) and the "Access road to the Tokabai settlement" started last year (2 km - 37.7 million tenge). According to the state program of regional development for 2020-2025 (for the development of mono and small towns):

The reconstruction of highways of M. Sadibekov, T. Paluan, A. Baitursynov, M. Umbet bi streets and the construction of the highway of A. Baitakhanov, Aiteke bi, K. Daribayev, Zh. Sayn, O. Zhandosov, O. Zhandosov lane of the city of Aralsk are being carried out for the allocated 1,190.792 million tenge from the republican budget, the regional budget. 12 projects were implemented for the allocated 114.8 million tenge from the district budget. The lighting poles of the Shanghai microdistrict and Abulkhayir Khan streets were decorated with luminous decorative earrings. The sidewalks along the streets of T. Yesetov, Kazybek bi, Beketai bi, M. Nurzhaubayev were also repaired and Baktybai Batyr and Kazybek bi streets (installation of the simulator, payette), the alley named after T. Medetbayev and the territory of the railway crossing of the city of Aralsk were landscaped.

Information about the work done in 2020 by the Department of Housing and Communal Services, Passenger Transport and Highways of the Aral region

As a result, the work of the non-departmental complex examination was developed by the contracting committee for the construction of the REM "State Non-departmental Examination" and the RSE.

6. 1 000,0 (One million) tenge was allocated for the adjustment of the estimated documentation for the object "Construction of the highway of regional significance" Samara-Shymkent-Koktem (24 km) "in the Aral district". As a result, the estimated documentation was developed by the contractor "Meken and Company".

8. In order to develop the gas transportation system, 19,124. 9 (nineteen million one hundred and twenty-four thousand nine hundred) tenge was allocated for the construction of gas pipelines to the rural streets of the city of Aralsk in the Aral district of the Kyzylorda region. 9. 6 700.0 (six million seven hundred thousand) tenge was allocated for the registration of technical documentation for two-storey residential buildings of Bakhtybai Batyr No. 2a, Baktybai Batyr No. 121, Baktybai Batyr No. 118, Shipyard No. 8, Shipyard No. 20 in Aralsk. Information about the work done for 12 months of 2020 by the Aral Regional Department of Housing and Communal Services, Passenger Transport and Highways

By road:

In total, 1,347. 3 million tenge was allocated for 2020. Including from the republican budget - 1,142. 54 million tenge, the regional budget-100.0 million tenge, and from the district budget – 104.7 million tenge.

Within the framework of the program "Employment Roadmap for 2020-2021", 2 projects were implemented.

662.649 million tenge was allocated for the average repair of roads of Aralsk city streets.

On 33 streets with a total length of 22.32 km, including paved pavement on 25 streets-asphalt pavement (16.07 km) 8 streets (6.25 km) - gravel (GPS).

Also, the construction of the highway of regional significance "Entrance to the settlement of Eskiura 1(km)" was completed and put into operation in the amount of 99.452 million tenge.

337.73 million tenge was allocated for the average repair of roads of the streets of the village of Zhaksykylysh. For the repair of roads on 17 streets with a length of 8.85 km, the contractor is carrying out repair work.

42.7 million tenge allocated from the republican budget under the "Nurly Zhol" program for the repair of the 2 km long highway "At the entrance to the settlement of Tokabay" at the moment, 1.2 km of repair work has been carried out.

7 projects for major and medium road repairs have been implemented.

Last year, the average repair of 2.5 km of the Aklak-Karateren highway with a length of 4.9 km, 0.6 km of the Samara-Shymkent-Bekbaul highway with a length of 1.2 km was started, and this year the remaining part was repaired and put into operation.

As well as roads along the streets of A. Kayupov, Astana, Aktan Batyr in the city of Aralsk were repaired from the local buzhet.

In addition, the funds allocated from the district budget were used to develop and conduct a state examination, a feasibility study for the construction of a road bridge over a railway crossing, which will be built in the city of Aralsk. Currently, a budget application has been submitted to the relevant industry departments for the allocation of funds for the development of the bridge's POI.

Installation of traffic signs:

10,672.0 thousand tenge was allocated from the district budget. These funds were used 3 times during the year to draw road maps on the streets of the city equipped with a 24-kilometer layer of asphalt, and cross-strip schemes at pedestrian crossings, 43 road signs were brought into compliance with the standard.

In addition, for the purpose of remote monitoring of pedestrian crossings, light modules and 6 pieces of artificial road obstacles are installed in 13 places.

Landscaping:

Within the framework of the program "Employment Roadmap for 2020-2021", 2 projects were implemented.

For the allocated 112,795 (RB) million tenge for the improvement of Abay Street in Aralsk, curbs, iron fences for landscaping, LED screens, light columns are decorated, as well as for the amount of 5,356 (RB) million tenge, the territory of the district court building is landscaped (iron fences, paving stones, night lighting fixtures, benches and urns are installed).

In addition, the courtyard of the school building No. 220 of the city has been landscaped.

Gasification:

21.2 million tenge was allocated from the regional budget as part of the"Employment Roadmap for 2020-2021". As a result, 50 private homes were provided with natural gas.

Information about the work done for 9 months of 2020 by the Aral Regional Department of Housing and Communal Services, Passenger Transport and Highways

1. By road:

In total, 1,552.53 million tenge was allocated for 2020 in order to improve roads. Including from the republican budget - 1,142. 53 million tenge, from the regional budget - 410.0 million tenge.

Within the framework of the program "Employment Roadmap 2020 for 2020-2021", 2 projects are being implemented.

662.649 million tenge was allocated for the average repair of roads of Aralsk city streets.

On 33 streets with a total length of 22.32 km, including paved roads on 28 streets-asphalt pavement (17.42 km) , 5 streets (4.9 km) - gravel (GPS).

In addition, the construction of a highway of regional significance "At the entrance to the settlement of Eskiura 1(km)" is underway in the amount of 99.452 million tenge.

337.73 million tenge was allocated for the average repair of roads in the streets of the village of Zhaksykylysh. For the repair of roads on 18 streets with a length of 10.52 km, the contractor is working.

Allocated from the republican budget 42.7 million tenge under the "Nurly Zhol" program for the repair of the 2 km long highway "At the entrance to the settlement of Tokabay" at the moment, 1.2 km of repair work is underway.

On capital and average repair of roads on the allocated funds from the regional budget 4 projects are implemented.

Last year, 2.5 km of the Aklak-Karateren highway with a total length of 4.9 km was repaired, this year (2.4 km)for the sum of 74,82 million tenge,as well as the road of regional significance " Samara-Shymkent-Bekbauyl»with a length of 1.2 km, 0.6 km was repaired, and the remaining part in the amount of 12.07 million tenge is planned to be completed and put into operation.

In addition,9.2 km of the Zhanakurylys-Bekarystan Bi highway was repaired in the amount of 123.14 million tenge, and 7 km of work is being carried out this year.

2. Installation of traffic signs:

10,672.0 thousand tenge was allocated from the district budget. These funds are used for marking the roadway of highways in 12 kilometers of the city, road diagrams and cross-section diagrams of pedestrian crossings are crossed out. And also replaced 43 road signs.

In the future, these funds will be used for additional work.

3. For passenger transportation:

In order to ensure passenger transportation from the district center, public transport is carried out on 11 routes covering 24 localities. The work is carried out using FE "Gait To".

In addition, it is planned to organize a competition for routes that provide transportation of passengers on 4 inner-city routes.

4. Housing provision:

In the district, the department has 40 residential buildings on its balance sheet, including 29 communal and 11 service buildings. Currently, there are 981 people on the waiting list.

5. Gasification:

The corresponding work was carried out to supply the gas pipeline to the inner-village streets of the city of Aralsk for the allocated 21.2 million tenge.Commissioned in August.

As a result, gas pipes were installed in 50 individual residential buildings in the city of Aralsk.

6. Improvement:

112.795 (RB)million tenge was allocated for the improvement of Abay Street in the city of Aralsk. In order to prevent road accidents, curbs, metal fences for landscaping, LED screens, lighting poles, as well as the improvement of the cemetery at the beginning of the street are being improved.

The means allocated for conducting of medium repair of motor road of regional value "Samara-Shymkent-Zhaksykylysh Tokebi-Abay (15-70,6 km)", launched last year (RB-73 665,0 thousand tenge, ABOUT-75724,0 thousand tenge), today continued the work also carried out works on medium repair of the road "Samara-Shymkent-Zhaksykylysh Tokebi-Abay (70,6-98,4 km)" (RB – 362 739,0 thousand tenge), "ECLAC-Karateren (4.9 km)"(RB-69 818,0 thousand tenge), "Samara-Shymkent-Bekbol (0-1,2 km)" (RB-14 583,0 thousand tenge). 2. Installation of traffic control signs:

10,612.0 thousand tenge was allocated from the district budget. In the current year, on all streets of the city with a length of 8 km, equipped with asphalt pavement, cross and pedestrian lanes were applied - (raib - 2 512.0 thousand tenge) and traffic lights were installed at the intersection of Sapak bi – Kayupov streets (RAIB-2 299.0 thousand tenge).

In addition, work was carried out on the repair of all traffic lights in the city (raib-3 187.0 thousand tenge) and road signs- (raib – 2 299.0 thousand tenge).

At the moment, SP "Zhaksat and K" regularly carries passengers in 11 directions, including 24 settlements of the district, according to the approved schedule.

4. Gasification:

This year the program of public-private partnership in the city of Aralsk (67,1 mln) boiler 4 social facilities were converted to gas heating (district house of culture, school-Lyceum № 62, secondary school № 220, and the building of the district Department of employment and social programmes and registration of acts of civil status).

Also, the regional Department of Energy and Housing and Communal Services was provided with an official proposal for gasification of 2 social facilities (secondary school No. 13 and lyceum School No. 14) under the public-private partnership program.

On allocated from the district budget 6 500.0 thousand tenge developed design estimates for installation of gas laterals to 50 homes of the city of Aral, in which no gas taps (leaving earth) by the gasification and submitted budget request to the branch office.

In addition, with funds allocated from the republican and regional budgets, work is being carried out to conduct intra-village gas networks in the village of Zhaksykylysh. Full completion of the work is planned for 2020. At the moment, work has been carried out on the installation of a gas transmission pipeline, the installation of 4 SHRs and one hydraulic fracturing. Next year, it is planned to complete the construction of intra-block gas networks.

To date, out of 6,637 houses, 5,910 houses (89%) are connected to gas networks, 184 objects are connected to business and other institutions, and 18 social objects are connected to gas networks.
