The work done to attract investments for the second quarter of 2022

Within the framework of the state program of industrial and innovative development in our district, 7 projects are being implemented for a total of 158.48 billion tenge, with the employment of 1,352 people.

Project "Construction of a fish waste processing workshop" (fish meal): 200 million tenge-implementation period-2022;

The Reed Roof project: 160 million tenge-implementation period-2023;

Project "Construction of a plant for the production of dry powder from camel milk": 3 billion tenge-implementation period-2023;

The construction project of the "Soda ash Plant": 139.8 billion tenge-the implementation period is 2024;

The project "Mining and processing plant for the production of titanium": 15 billion tenge-implementation period-2024;

Fish and Poultry Breeding project: 82.6 million tenge-implementation period-2024;

Project "Expansion of the complex for breeding and deep processing of commercial fish": 312.5 million tenge-implementation period-2026;

In addition to these projects, it is additionally planned to include 3 projects for a total amount of 3.4 billion tenge in the Industrialization Map from the district:

The project "Construction of a bag production plant", JSC "Araltuz", cost - 3 billion tenge, jobs - 250 people;

The project "Plant for the production of dry construction powder", "Aral Quartz" LLP, cost - 1.1 billion. tg, jobs-73 people.;

The project "Opening of a feedlot and sausage shop" individual entrepreneur "Alpysbayev Ykylaslas", cost - 320 million tenge, jobs - 20 people.

The work done to attract investments for the first quarter of 2022

Since the beginning of the year, 2 projects worth 7.8 million tenge have been financed in our district through state programs to support small and medium-sized businesses and financial institutions and 14 projects worth 245.4 million tenge have been approved.

In particular, 2 projects in the amount of 7.8 million tenge were financed through the micro-credit organization "Atameken" and 2 projects in the total amount of 14.4 million tenge were approved. 8 projects worth 61 million tenge were approved through the Regional Investment Center, 4 projects worth 170 million tenge were approved under the state program "Business Roadmap - 2025".

Since the beginning of the year in the city of Aralsk, there have been public catering establishments "Monaco", "Plov center", the children's play center "Alakai", playgrounds "Bibka" and "G-arena", mini-market "Inzhu". In the village of Saksaulsk "shop for the production of fur coat", pharmacy "Rayana" and "workshop for the manufacture of concrete products".

In the Aral region, within the framework of the III five-year plan of the state program of the innovative development industry, 9 projects worth 110.2 billion tenge are being implemented, with the introduction of which 1,317 citizens will be employed. Of these, the projects of the Service Procurement Center LLP are the 1st stage of the project (expansion of the complex for the cultivation and deep processing of commercial fish) and the 4th stage (workshop and dormitory for freezing in the Bogensky rural district), the project of Kazakhstan Aquaculture LTD LLP (Aral seafood) construction of a plant for deep processing of fish and a workshop for the production of plastic boats, the project of JSC "Araltuz" "construction of the third Spanish workshop" worth 2.9 billion tenge the project of "Aral Quartz" LLP for the 1st stage of the project "construction of a mining and processing plant for the enrichment of quartz sand" worth 790 million tenge commissioned projects for the construction of a workshop for the enrichment of quartz sand.

In addition, the project of Kazakhstan Aquaculture LTD (Aral seafood) LLP "fish waste processing workshop" worth 200 million tenge is being implemented.

The work done to attract investments for the third quarter of 2021

Within the framework of the state program of industrial innovative development in the Aral region, 9 projects worth 104.4 billion tenge are being implemented, in which 1,317 people will be employed during the implementation:

1. The project of "Aral Soda" LLP "Construction of a soda ash plant". The cost of the project is 93.5 billion tenge, the jobs created are 700 people.

To date, work is underway to bring the appropriate infrastructure to the deployment zone of this plant.

2. The project of Zhak-Nur LLP "Mining and Processing Plant for the production of titanium". The cost of the project is 3.3 billion tenge, the jobs created are 200 people.

Currently, the field is being explored, the construction of the plant is expected in 2022.

3. The project of JSC "Araltuz" "Construction of the third Spanish workshop". The cost of the project is 2.9 billion tenge, the jobs created are 200 people.

To date, the construction work has been completed by 100%. The project is scheduled to be fully launched in December.

4. The project of Kazakhstan Aquaculture LTD LLP "Construction of a plant for deep processing of fish and a workshop for the manufacture of plastic boats". The cost of the project is 160 million tenge, the jobs created are 100 people.

Launched in December 2020, it takes 400 - 500 kg of fish per day. The plant employs 25 people. Additionally, the construction of a workshop for the production of flour from fish waste has been completed on the territory of the plant, equipment has been purchased.

5. The project of "Qazaq Camel" LLP "Workshop for the production of dry powder from camel milk". The cost of the project is 2.5 billion tenge, the jobs created are 23 people.

According to the project, it is planned to build two buildings: buildings for receiving milk, collecting and producing dry powder. Currently, the construction of the milk collection building is 100% completed. Design and estimate documentation is being prepared for the dry powder production building. The project is planned to be fully launched in the second quarter of 2022 (April).

6. The project of the Aral Service and Procurement Center LLP "Expansion of the complex for the cultivation and deep processing of commercial fish". The cost of the project is 312.5 million tenge, the jobs created are 54 people.

The construction of the project includes 4 stages. The 1st stage is the fish deep processing workshop in Aralsk, jobs – 12 people, and the 4th stage is the freezing workshop and the construction of a dormitory in the Bogensky rural district, jobs – 10 people, are fully completed and launched.

7. The project of "Aral Quartz" LLP "Construction of a mining and processing plant for the enrichment of quartz sand". The cost of the project is 780 million tenge, the jobs created are 50 people.

The installation of equipment for the project is planned to be carried out in 2 stages.

According to stage 1, the corresponding equipment has been fully imported from Russia, installation work is underway.

According to stage 2, the equipment from China passes the customs procedure. The project is planned to be launched before the end of the year.

9. The project of kAmysh Orda LLP "Processing of reed products. The project cost is 160 million tenge, the number of jobs created is 20 people.

Currently, in the village of Karashalan, the initiator of the project is conducting land prospecting work for the construction of a reed processing workshop.

10. The project of the International Fund for Saving the Aral Sea and the Kazakh Scientific Institute of Fish Farming "Construction of a duck and pond fish farm near Lake Kamystybas" Project cost - 45 million tenge, jobs created - 20 people.

Currently, in order to design a land plot for the start of construction work, the relevant documents are being collected.

The cost of the Industrialization Program in the Aral region amounted to $ 102.6 billion. 7 projects are being implemented in the amount of 1,262 tenge with permanent employment:

1. The construction project of the " soda ash plant "of"Aral Soda" LLP. The project cost is 93.5 billion tenge, jobs-700 people.

To date, work is underway to bring the appropriate infrastructure to the deployment zone of this plant.

2. the project of Zhak-Nur LLP "mining and processing plant for the production of titanium". The project cost is 3.3 billion tenge, the jobs created are 200 people.

Currently, the field is being explored and the construction of the plant will begin in 2022.

3. the project of JSC" Araltuz ""construction of the third Spanish workshop". The project cost is 2.9 billion tenge, jobs - 200 people.

To date, construction and installation work has begun. (work on installing devices). The commissioning period is the second half of the current year.

4. The project of Kazakhstan Aquaculture LTD LLP "construction of a plant for deep processing of fish and a workshop for the production of plastic boats". The project cost is 160 million tenge, jobs - 100 people.

The project will be launched in September of this year and in addition to the project under the state program (Economy of Simple Things), it is planned to attract more than $ 200 million in order to implement the project "fish meal production shop". in order to obtain additional credit funds in the amount of tenge, an appropriate package of documents is being formed

5. the project " workshop for the production of dry powder from camel milk "of"Qazaq Camel" LLP. The project cost is 1.53 billion tenge, jobs-35 people.

To date, the construction work of the plant has been completed by 70%. The equipment has been fully purchased, subjected to customs procedures, and the plant will be fully launched in September of this year.

6. the project " expansion of the complex for the cultivation and deep processing of commercial fish "LLP "service and procurement center"Aral". The project cost is 312.5 million tenge, jobs-54 people. The construction of the project will consist of 4 stages:

According to the 1st stage, the project-a deep fish processing shop in Aralsk-is currently put into operation.

The fishing project on Lake Domalak for stage 2-in order to determine the appropriate place on Lake Domalak, the work on determining the owner and the land management scheme has been fully completed, the documents necessary for concluding an agreement with the Department of Land Relations of the Kyzylorda region are being prepared.

According to the 3rd stage, the corresponding work is being carried out on the project of the fishing and tourist center on Lake Kambash - determining the owner of the land plot on the shore of Lake Kambash.

The project for the construction of a freezing shop and a hostel in the Bogensky rural district for the 4th stage-a freezing shop and a hostel in the Bogensky rural district.

7. The project of" Dana Quartz "LLP" construction of a mining and processing plant for the enrichment of quartz sand". The project cost is 780 million tenge, jobs-50 people.

Currently, work is nearing completion on the delivery of railway and gravel roads to the quarry for the development of quartz sand. The project facility will be put into operation in September of this year.

In addition, in addition to the above projects, in order to be included in the industrialization program, Kamysh Orda LLP is preparing a package of necessary documents under the "processing of reeds" program and GlobalEcoInvest LLP.

Work done to attract investment for the first quarter of 2021

Within the framework of the industrialization program, 7 projects for the total amount of 102.6 billion tenge will be implemented in the Aral region, with the introduction of which 1,424 citizens will be employed.

In particular, in 2020, according to the 1st stage of the project Service procurement center Aral LLP expansion of the complex for breeding and deep processing of commercial fish, projects were launched for the construction of a workshop and the 4th stage in Aralsk and a workshop and a hostel for freezing in the Bogensky rural district.

At the same time, the supply of infrastructure to the soda ash plant of JSC Aral Soda (the project cost is 93.5 billion tenge) and the project of the mining and processing plant for the extraction of titanium by Zhak-Nur LLP is currently underway. In 2022, it is planned to start construction of a mining and processing plant (the project cost is 3.3 billion tenge).

Also, the cost of Araltuz JSC amounted to 2.9 billion tenge for the project construction of the third Spanish workshop, construction work is underway (installation of equipment). After the launch of the project, permanent jobs for 200 people will be created.

Also from the industrial zone for the total amount of 1.5 billion tenge, construction works on the project of "Qazaq Camel" LLP "plant for the production of dry powder from camel milk" with an annual capacity of 130 thousand tons of finished products in the amount of tenge were completed by 70%. The devices were purchased and are located on the border with China (storage).

It is planned that in May of this year, work will begin on the import and installation of these devices by Chinese specialists. It is planned that the facility will be put into operation in September.

Within the framework of the industrialization program, 6 projects worth 101.8 billion tenge are being implemented in the Aral region, with the introduction of which 1,389 citizens will be employed.

In particular, in 2020, the projects "Expansion of the complex for growing and deep processing of commercial fish" of "Service Procurement Center "Aral" LLP were launched. The 1st stage of the project for construction in Aralsk and the 4th stage of the project for construction of a workshop and a hostel for freezing in Bogensk rural district and "A plant for deep processing of fish and a workshop for making plastic boats "of" Aquaculture Kazakhstan LTD " LLP.

In addition, in 2021 it is planned to start project construction of a calcined soda plant JSC "Aral soda" (project cost - 93,5 billion) and projects mining and processing plant in mining "LLP Jacques-Nur" (the cost of the project is 3.3 billion tenge) and will be commissioned the project "Construction of the third Spanish workshop" worth 2.9 billion tenge, JSC "Araltuz".

Also in the industrial zone in 2021, it is planned to put into operation a project totaling 1.5 billion tenge " Plant for the production of dry powder from camel milk "LLP" Qazaq Camel " with an annual capacity of 130 thousand tons of finished products.

2. Project of the titanium ore enrichment plant of Zhak-Nur LLP. The cost of the project is 3.3 billion tenge, workplaces - 200 people;

On the map of industrialization of the region:

1. Project "Construction of a plant for deep processing of fish and a workshop for the production of plastic boats" LLP "Kazakhstan Aquaculture LTD". 2-fishing on Lake Domalak;
