Works performed by the Aral District Department of Construction, Architecture and Urban Planning for the III quarter of 2023.

This year, by order of the department, 4 projects (4,472.5,2 million tenge) of construction and installation works were continued in the district on a transitional basis from 2022, 8 projects were supported in 2023 (1,532.8 million tenge).
This year, an open stadium facility was built and put into operation in the village of Saksaulsk, the power grid of microdistricts No. 5 and No. 6 of Aralsk was carried out and state acceptance was carried out.
As a result, in 2022, 125 people standing in line received land plots in the microdistrict No. 5 for housing construction, 175 applications were satisfied this year, documents are being processed. By the end of the year, it is planned to fully transfer the remaining 390 land plots.
In addition, in order to provide infrastructure (water, electricity) for the area of new individual residential buildings, funds are provided from the republican, regional budget, relevant work is underway in the village of Zhaksykylysh (60 hectares) and the microdistrict No. 8 (80ha) of Aralsk. These works will be fully completed by the end of the year.
As a result, 308 land plots will be transferred from the microdistrict No. 8, 220 from the village of Zhaksykylysh.
Funds have been allocated from the regional budget for the start of work on laying the gas pipeline in the Aralsk microdistrict No. 4, and public procurement is underway. The project cost is 368.8 million..tenge.
In addition, within the framework of the national project "Kuatty onirler el damuyn driveri" for the purchase of 100 apartments from the republican budget for socially vulnerable segments of the population, 40 apartments have been purchased to date, and by the end of November we will completely buy 60 apartments.

Currently, work is underway to install a water pumping device, connect a water pumping station to a reservoir, a main pipeline and prepare for outdoor landscaping.
3. 310.9 million tenge was allocated for the construction of a water supply network in the Aralsk microdistrict No. 6 in 2022, construction and installation works were started by the contractor "Zhanartu" LLP.
Currently, the contractor has been instructed to eliminate the shortcomings made during construction by the department and the technical supervisor.
After the construction works are fully completed, 353 residents will be provided with a land plot.
4.Construction of a branch of the gas pipeline from the Beineu-Shymkent main gas pipeline with the installation of AGRS in the village of Saksaulsk (contract value 1,804.8 million tenge) for 2022-2023 (NK-1112.5 million tenge, RB-580.2 million tenge, CB 188.1 million tenge), in connection with due to the delay of some devices from foreign countries, funds in the amount of 290.1 million tenge were allocated for the implementation of an internal gas pipeline. 290.1 million tenge is needed for the complete completion of the facility.
Currently, the gas line to the AGRS is being dug, pipes are being installed. Work is also underway on power supply (installation of KTPN), digging of the fiber-optic communication line pipeline.
5. 1,531.4 million tenge has been allocated for the construction of a gas pipeline and intra-block gas transmission networks in the village of Saksaulsk (contract value 1,605.4 million tenge) For 2022-2023 (NC - 1,365.5 million tenge, OB-166.4 million tenge), an underground gas pipeline (96 kilometers) has been fully carried out.
Currently, work is underway to develop the locations of overhead lines and cabinets of gas control points (GRPS).

4. Construction works "Construction of a gas pipeline branch from the Beineu-Shymkent main gas pipeline with the installation of AGRS in the village of Saksaulsk of the Aral region" (project cost -1,904,200,0 thousand tenge, allocated RB - 500,000,0 thousand tenge);

5. "Construction of the supply gas pipeline and intra-block gas supply networks of the village of Saksaulsk of the Aral region. Corrective" construction works (project cost - 1,683,500,0 thousand tenge, allocated RB - 400,000,0 thousand tenge);

6. On October 15, 2021, an agreement was signed between DELTA GROUP-1 LLP for the provision of security services for the facility "construction of a hospital with 40 beds in the village of Saksaulsk in the Aral region", the facility is protected by a specialized institution.

104.5 million tenge has been allocated for the construction of a sports and recreation complex in the village of Zhaksykylysh in the Aral region for the completion of the facility in 2022. In June 2022, an agreement was signed. Construction and installation works are scheduled to be completed in September 2022.

It is planned that funds will be fully allocated for construction and installation work and the project will be implemented on a transitional basis until the work is completed.

2. funds of the electricity supply project under the contract - 1,300,484. 2 thousand tenge.

Allocations for 2020 - 100,000,0 thousand tenge.

2 sets of 26.37 tons of non-insulated wires and 5,328 pieces of suspended glass insulators were received for the allocated funds on the power line.

2021 allocated funds - 49 600.0 tenge.

Due to the fact that the claim of JSC "Elektromontazh" on termination of the contract, which could not participate in public procurement, was considered in court in the specialized interdistrict economic court of the Kyzylorda region, before clarifying the circumstances, a decision was made to conclude an additional contract. Nevertheless, it is planned to change the purpose of the allocated funds and direct them to the costs of the gas supply project of the AralSoda plant.

Works performed by the Department of Construction, Architecture and Urban Development of the Aral region in 2021

During the 12 months of 2020 , 24,799 sq. m. were put into operation . m of housing, 27,515 sq.m were commissioned in 12 months of 2021. m housing, which is 111.0% more.

Within the framework of the project "Auyl-El besigi", as a transitional project, it is planned to "build a sports and recreation complex in the village of Zhaksykylysh" for 2020-2021 in the amount of 104.7 million tenge this year, 430.0 million tenge has been allocated from the republican budget for the construction of a sports and recreation complex in the settlements of Amanotkel, Kamystybas. In order to provide the engineering infrastructure of the areas identified for individual housing construction within the framework of the state housing construction program "Nurly Zher", 490.5 million tenge was allocated from the republican budget, construction and installation works were carried out. Design and estimate documentation is being developed for the allocated 32.8 million tenge.

7. Purchase of housing for large, low-income families in the city of Aralsk within the framework of the state housing construction program "Nurly Zher".

Due to the late financing of the project for the construction of a solid landfill in the village of Saksaulsk of the Aral region (conclusion of the state expert examination No. 14-0173/17 dated 18.08.2017), 7,200,0 thousand tenge was allocated from the district budget for the recalculation of this project.

In accordance with subparagraph 3) Paragraph 3 of Article 39 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated December 4, 2015 No. 434-V "On Public Procurement" on 30.04.2021, a contract was concluded for the performance of works with the general designer of Kyzylorda Project Kurylysy LLP by means of public procurement from a single source. The deadline for execution is set on 23.08.2021. To date, the contractor is working on the recalculation of the project.

2. In connection with the expiration of the developed design and estimate documentation for the construction of the Pushkin Library of the city of Aralsk (No. 14-0162/15 dated 06/19/2015) in accordance with subparagraph 3) Paragraph 3 of Article 39 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated December 4, 2015 No. 434-V "On Public Procurement" concluded an agreement with the original project designer of Talgat LLP dated 05/04/2021.

2. For the production of construction and installation works under the project "Construction of a sports and recreation complex in the settlement of Kamystybas of the Aral region" (estimated cost-315,275,0 thousand tenge), RB – 215,000,0 thousand tenge was allocated.

The remaining funds will need co-financing at the expense of the regional budget. Currently, the Department of Public Procurement of the Kyzylorda region is working on public procurement in two projects by means of a tender to determine contractors engaged in construction work.

RB – 490 472.0 thousand tenge was allocated for the construction of a water supply network in the microdistrict No. 5 of Aralsk. The total estimated cost of the project is 553 356.0 thousand tenge. The remaining funds will be co-financed from the regional budget.

Currently, the Department of Public Procurement of the Kyzylorda region is working on public procurement to determine the contractor carrying out construction work.

In 2020, the Aral Regional Department of Construction, Architecture and Urban Planning implemented 13 projects totaling 1,993,990.9 thousand tenge.
