The work done on the Aral interdistrict Hospital during the compulsory social health insurance for 9 months of 2022
On the part of the Aral interdistrict Hospital, some work has been done to promote the OSMS system to residents of the district, explain its subtleties, and answer questions from the population. 1265 leaflets were distributed in the district, 9 billboards were posted, 1 article was published in the district press. In the structural divisions of the hospital, systematic cascade training of doctors about the OSMS and nursing staff has been organized, as well as special corners that provide sufficient information about the OSMS have been organized.
24-hour terminals are located in the district consultative and diagnostic polyclinic, rural polyclinics, outpatient clinics, and a medical worker has been allocated to inform the population about the OSMS system.It is planned that specialists from the regional OSMS foundation will come to the meeting with the population and medical workers of the district.
Explanatory and explanatory work was carried out on non–payment of contributions to the Compulsory Social Insurance Fund, i.e. to the uninsured population, as a result of which 934 residents paid a single aggregate payment immediately for 3 months, and 3 months after payment acquired the status of an insured in the OSMS system, and then continue to pay the ESP monthly.Nevertheless, today there are 11,408 uninsured residents. By letter No. 01.1.3 / 1278 dated 28.12.2020, a list of 7,690 residents from among those not insured in the OSMS system for the district was sent to the deputy akim of the district for inclusion in the number of insured persons with payment of 1,225 tenge for unpaid months from January 1, 2020 and assistance in timely payment of the ESP of 1,459 tenge monthly in 2021.

To be included in the number of insured, conducting explanatory work on the necessity of payment for medical services from the system OSMS, there is a need to work with multiple competent authorities.
In the system of compulsory social insurance of certain categories of citizens "Consumer of medical services", the Rules for granting temporary status "on measures to ensure socio-economic stability" in accordance with subparagraph 4) Paragraph 1 of the Decree of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan No. 286 dated March 16, 2020 to certain categories of persons in crisis in connection with the announcement by the World Health Organization of the new coronavirus COVID-19 pandemic "on taxes and other mandatory payments to the budget" On amendments and additions to the Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan " In accordance with subparagraph 1) item 2 of Article 1 of the Law of July 2, 2020, from April 1 to October 1, 2020 from the wage fund must be exempt from paying deductions and contributions to the OSMS.
