Information on population migration

About the work done for 9 months of 2022 by the migration service group for the district
For 9 months of this year, 217 foreign citizens who arrived for various purposes were registered in the district (almost all arrived from CIS countries), of which 162 citizens arrived with prior notification, the remaining 55 citizens arrived with temporary registration. Citizens of foreign countries are not registered.
For reference: citizen of Uzbekistan 198, citizen of Russia 15, citizen of Azerbaijan 2, citizen of Kyrgyzstan 2.
In addition, special survey (raid) works were carried out in the area on hotels, premises, retail outlets, railway stations, institutions and construction facilities where foreign citizens can stay, and a dining room along the corridor "Western China-Western Europe", as a result of which 22 violations of the rules of stay were revealed in the Republic of Kazakhstan, movement, registration. administrative protocols have been drawn up and sent to the court in respect of a citizen under Part 3 of Article 517 of the Administrative Code of the Russian Federation and Part 5 of Article 5 of the Administrative Code of the Russian Federation.

Part 3. At the same time, in respect of 29 citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan, administrative protocols were drawn up in accordance with Part 1 of Article 518 of the Administrative Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan and a warning was issued to 27 citizens for failure to ensure the admission of foreign citizens to the premises and timely registration in accordance with the established procedure, and a fine was imposed on 2 citizens under Part 2 of Article 2.
For reference: entails a fine for individuals in the amount of twenty–five, for officials, small businesses or non–profit organizations - in the amount of forty, for medium-sized businesses - in the amount of fifty-five, for large businesses – in the amount of seventy-five monthly calculation indices.

In addition, according to Part 1 of Article 519 of the Administrative Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan, an administrative protocol was drawn up and a fine was imposed on 1 citizen, i.e. for using the labor of foreigners and (or) stateless persons who do not have an employer's permission.
For reference: entails a fine for individuals in the amount of thirty, for officials – in the amount of fifty, for small businesses or non–profit organizations – in the amount of one hundred, for medium-sized businesses - in the amount of two hundred, for large businesses – in the amount of seven hundred monthly calculation indices.

In addition, out of 217 of the above-mentioned foreign citizens in 189 countries of the world, 28 foreign citizens are currently temporarily registered and live in the district, including 8 citizens of Russia and 20 citizens of Uzbekistan.
Strict control over the daily behavior of foreign citizens has been established.

Issuance and extension of a work permit to an immigrant for the second quarter of 2022

For the first half of 2022, the documents of the 41st person were approved for obtaining a permit for the state service "Issuance and extension of a permit to a labor immigrant" and the documents of 7 people were approved for extension.

Of these, 26 took a work permit for 3 months, 2 for 2 months, 4 for 1 month. Labor migrants transferred 526,854 tenge to the account of the tax authority for the decision to work.

In the course of the inspection in the Aral region, where foreign citizens may be located: train stations, hotels, bazaars, educational institutions, construction objects, canteens of the route "Western Europe-Western China", violations of being in the territories of the Republic of Kazakhstan were revealed. 7 citizens of the Republic of Uzbekistan filled out administrative protocols under Article 517 of the Administrative Code of Part 3, paragraph 1, administrative protocols were filled in.

As well as 1 citizens of the Republic of Uzbekistan have completed administrative protocols under Article 517 of the Administrative Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan part 5 sent to the district court.

9 citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan have drawn up an administrative protocol under Article 518 of the Administrative Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan Part 1.

For 12 months of 2021, 204 foreign citizens were registered in the Aral region for various purposes, all of them from the CIS. Of these, 116 are for the purpose of earning money. There were no arrivals from the rest of the world.

During the reporting period, labor migrants from the Republic of Uzbekistan 112, the Republic of Azerbaijan 1, the Republic of Tajikistan 3 were collected proper documents and given a work permit.

Of these, 90 took a work permit for 3 months, 14 took 2 months, 12 for 1 month. Labor migrants transferred 2,018,654 tenge to the account of the tax authority for the decision to work.

For 3 months of 2021, 24 foreign citizens were registered in the Aral region for various purposes, all of them from the CIS. Of these, 24 came for personal purposes, 14 for the purpose of earning money. There were no arrivals from other countries.
During the reporting period, 14 labor migrants from the Republic of Uzbekistan were collected the proper documents and given a work permit.

Information on the work done by the migration police group of the Aral District Police Department for the fourth quarter of 2020

In total on the territory of Aral district was 467 gun owners, on account of "registered weapons" ICBM was 584 weapons, of which 566-smooth, 16-gas guns. 2 pieces of rifled weapons were registered in the district. In the district court sent 14 decisions on 2 state debtors, alimony .Of these, 9, without opening search cases, within 3 days were established places of residence.On the remaining 15, search cases were opened, 13 of them were established places of residence and search cases were terminated.

The migration service group, the population registration point for 09 months of 2020 documented 7542 people. Temporary certificates were issued for 463 people.

During the reporting period , 30 labor migrants from the Republic of Uzbekistan and 1 from the Republic of Azerbaijan were collected proper documents and given permission to work.

Of these, 20 took a work permit for 3 months, 4 for 2 months, and 14 for 1 month. Labor migrants for the decision to work were transferred to the account of the tax authority 320 570 tenge.

During the reporting period , labor migrants from the Republic of Uzbekistan 23, the Republic of Azerbaijan 1 were collected proper documents, and given permission to work.

Of these, 13 took a work permit for 3 months, 4 for 2 months, and 7 for 1 month. 153,890 tenge were transferred to the account of the tax authority by migrant workers for the decision to work.
