According to the results of the second quarter of 2022 , the following social benefits were paid to low -income families and needy citizens of the district:

208778.0 thousand tenge is provided for state targeted social assistance for the current year.
For 9 months of 2022, 418 families (2454 family members) were assigned in the amount of 120548.2 thousand tenge, 416 families (2439 family members) were paid in the amount of 107803.1 thousand tenge.
Housing assistance for 2022 from the local budget allocated 10000.0 thousand tenge to low-income families.
For 9 months of 2022, 537 people in 128 families were appointed and paid in the amount of 2603.4 thousand tenge.
Social assistance to certain categories of needy citizens by decisions of local representative bodies
In 2022, 20118.0 thousand tenge was allocated from the regional budget, 86 people were appointed for 9 months in the amount of 14552.9 thousand tenge, 83 people were paid in the amount of 12899.3 thousand tenge. (10*3180=31800 tenge for 1 person)
For the provision of social assistance to children registered at the dispensary with hematological diseases, including hemoblastoses and aplastic anemia, 1719.0 thousand tenge was allocated from the regional budget for 2022, 1283.7 thousand tenge was assigned to 6 children for 9 months, 1122.7 thousand tenge was paid. (7,6*3180=24168 tenge per 1 child)

According to the results of the second quarter of 2022 , the following social benefits were paid to low -income families and needy citizens of the district:

208778.0 thousand tenge is provided for state targeted social assistance for the current year.

For 6 months of 2022, 394 families (2298 family members) were assigned in the amount of 83599.4 thousand tenge, 393 families (2290 family members) were paid in the amount of 72451.8 thousand tenge.

Housing assistance for 2022 was allocated 10000.0 thousand tenge from the local budget to low-income families.

For 6 months of 2022, 537 people in 128 families were appointed and paid in the amount of 2603.4 thousand tenge.

Social assistance to certain categories of needy citizens by decisions of local representative bodies

In 2022, 24259.0 thousand tenge was allocated from the regional budget, 75 people were appointed for 6 months in the amount of 9623.9 thousand tenge, 73 people were paid in the amount of 7938.5 thousand tenge. (10*3180=31800 tenge for 1 person)

For the provision of social assistance to children registered at the dispensary with hematological diseases, including hemoblastosis and aplastic anemia, 1676.0 thousand tenge was allocated from the regional budget for 2022, 848.7 thousand tenge was assigned to 6 children for 6 months, 703.7 thousand tenge was paid. (7,6*3180=24168 tenge per 1 child)

For 3 months of 2022, 537 people from 128 families were appointed and paid 2574.8 thousand tenge.

Social assistance to certain categories of needy citizens by decisions of local representative bodies:

24259.0 thousand tenge was allocated from the regional budget for 2022 for social assistance to citizens discharged from a specialized anti-tuberculosis medical organization who are at the supportive stage of tuberculosis treatment, 4533.2 thousand tenge was assigned for 56 people for 3 months, 3093.6 thousand tenge was paid for 53 people. (For 1 person 10*3063=30630 tenge)

For the provision of social assistance to children registered at the dispensary with hematological diseases, including hemoblastosis and aplastic anemia, 1676.0 thousand tenge is provided from the regional budget for 2022, 419.0 thousand tenge was assigned to 6 children for 3 months, 279.3 thousand tenge was paid. (For 1 child 7,6*3063=23279 tenge)

According to the results of the IV quarter of 2021 , the following social benefits were paid to low -income families and needy citizens of the district:

199208.0 thousand tenge is provided for state targeted social assistance for the current year.

For 12 months of 2021, 595 families (3,426 family members) were assigned and paid 199,202.1 thousand tenge.

To ensure a guaranteed social package for children aged 1 to 6 years, 33506.0 thousand tenge was allocated from the budget, children from the families who applied were fully provided with social packages.

Housing assistance in 2021 from the local budget provides 6410.0 thousand tenge to low-income families, 6409.2 thousand tenge was assigned and paid out of 232 families (1020 people) in 12 months.

Social assistance to certain categories of needy citizens by decisions of local representative bodies:

19379.0 thousand tenge was allocated from the regional budget for 2021 for social assistance to citizens discharged from a specialized anti-tuberculosis medical organization who are at the supportive stage of tuberculosis treatment, 117 people were assigned and paid 19378.1 thousand tenge for 12 months. (For 1 person 10*2917=29170 tenge)

For the provision of social assistance to children registered at the dispensary with hematological diseases, including hemoblastosis and aplastic anemia, 1574.0 thousand tenge is provided from the regional budget for 2021, 1574.0 thousand tenge was assigned and paid to 6 children for 12 months. (For 1 child 7,6*2917=22169 tenge)

According to the results of the III quarter of 2021 , the following social benefits were paid to low -income families and needy citizens of the district:

304432.0 thousand tenge is provided for state targeted social assistance for the current year.

For 9 months of 2021, 557 families (3187 family members) were assigned 147562.7 thousand tenge and 132207.3 thousand tenge were paid.

To ensure a guaranteed social package for children aged 1 to 6 years, 52308.0 thousand tenge was allocated from the budget, 453 children from the families who applied were provided with social packages for the third quarter.

Housing assistance in 2021 from the local budget provided 22102.0 thousand tenge to low-income families, 3632.0 thousand tenge was assigned and paid out of 180 families (780 people) for 9 months.

Social assistance to certain categories of needy citizens by decisions of local representative bodies:

(For 1 person 10*2917=29170 tenge)

For the provision of social assistance to children registered at the dispensary with hematological diseases, including hemoblastoses and aplastic anemia, 1574.0 thousand tenge is provided from the regional budget for 2021, 1174.9 thousand tenge was assigned to 6 children for 9 months and 1039.3 thousand tenge was paid for 6 children (7.6*2917=22169 tenge for 1 child)

According to the results of the second quarter of 2021, the following social payments were paid to low-income families and needy citizens of the district:

484432.0 thousand tenge is provided for state targeted social assistance for the current year.

For 6 months of 2021, 514 families (2926 family members) were assigned 98780.2 thousand tenge and 83991.8 thousand tenge was paid.

To ensure a guaranteed social package for children aged 1 to 6 years, 84308.0 thousand tenge was allocated from the budget, 470 children from the families who applied were provided with social packages for the second quarter.

Housing assistance in 2021 from the local budget provides 22102.0 thousand tenge to low-income families, 3632.0 thousand tenge was assigned and paid out of 180 families (780 people) for 6 months.

Social assistance to certain categories of citizens in need according to the decisions of local representative bodies:

25553.0 thousand tenge was allocated from the regional budget for 2021 for social assistance to citizens discharged from a specialized anti-tuberculosis medical organization who are at the supportive stage of tuberculosis treatment, 10364.7 thousand tenge was assigned to 89 people for 6 months and 8789.5 thousand tenge was paid for 86 people. (For 1 person 10*2917=29170 tenge)

For the provision of social assistance to children registered at the dispensary with hematological diseases, including hemoblastoses and aplastic anemia, 798.0 thousand tenge is provided from the regional budget for 2021, 775.9 thousand tenge was assigned to 6 children for 6 months and 642.4 thousand tenge was paid for 6 children (7.6*2917=22169 tenge for 1 child)

According to the results of the first quarter of 2021, the following social benefits were paid to low-income families and needy citizens of the district:

534432.0 thousand tenge is provided for state targeted social assistance for the current year.

For 3 months of 2021, 467 families (2664 family members) were assigned 51453.6 thousand tenge and paid 463 families (2631 family members) 33711.6 thousand tenge.

To provide a guaranteed social package for children aged 1 to 6 years, the budget allocated 84,308. 0 thousand tenge, for the first quarter, 533 children from the families who applied were provided with social packages.

Housing assistance in 2021 from the local budget to low-income families is provided for 22,102. 0 thousand tenge.

For 3 months of 2021, 3548.8 thousand tenge was assigned from 180 families (780 people) and 3480.1 thousand tenge was paid.

Social assistance to certain categories of citizens in need by decisions of local representative bodies:

25553.0 thousand tenge was allocated from the regional budget for 2021 for social assistance to citizens discharged from a specialized anti-tuberculosis medical organization who are at the supporting stage of tuberculosis treatment, 5697.5 thousand tenge was assigned to 78 people for 3 months and 3918.2 thousand tenge was paid for 75 people. (For 1 person 10*2917=29170 tenge)

For the provision of social assistance to children registered at the dispensary with hematological diseases, including hemoblastosis and aplastic anemia, 798.0 thousand tenge is provided from the regional budget for 2021, 376.9 thousand tenge was assigned to 6 children for 3 months and 243.4 thousand tenge was paid for 6 children (7.6*2917=22169 tenge for 1 child)

Social payments for public holidays and public holidays by individual categories:

In February 2021 – "February 15-the Day of the withdrawal of Soviet troops from Afghanistan", one-time social payments were made to 29 participants and disabled people of the war in Afghanistan in the amount of 2537.8 thousand tenge.

According to the results of 2020, the following social payments were paid to low-income families and needy citizens of the district:

278191.0 thousand tenge is provided for state targeted social assistance for the current year.

For 12 months of 2020, 719 families (4126 family members) were assigned 278191.0 thousand tenge and fully paid.

To provide a guaranteed social package for children under 1-6 years of age from among the recipients of targeted social assistance, 40546.2 thousand tenge was allocated from the budget, 626 children of the applied families were provided with a social package for the fourth quarter.

Housing assistance for 2020 from the local budget to low-income families is provided 5649.0 thousand tenge.

For 12 months of 2020, 1,109 people out of 244 families were appointed and paid in full.

Social assistance to certain categories of citizens in need by decisions of local representative bodies:

24570.0 thousand tenge was allocated from the regional budget for 2020 for social assistance to citizens discharged from a specialized anti-tuberculosis medical organization, who are at the supporting stage of tuberculosis treatment, 143 people were assigned 24570.0 thousand tenge for 12 months and fully paid. (For 1 person 10*2778=27780 tenge)

For the provision of social assistance to children registered at the dispensary with hematological diseases, including hemoblastosis and aplastic anemia, 773.0 thousand tenge is provided from the regional budget for 2020, for 12 months 3 children were assigned 731.2 thousand tenge and fully paid (For 1 child 7.6*2778=2113 tenge)

According to the results of the third quarter of 2020, the following social payments were paid to low-income families and needy citizens of the district:

305030.0 thousand tenge is provided for state targeted social assistance for the current year.

For 9 months of 2020, 653 families (3778 family members) were assigned 208876.9 thousand tenge, 636 families (3690 family members) were paid 185470.4 thousand tenge.

To provide a guaranteed social package for children under 1-6 years of age from low-income families, 58642.0 thousand tenge was allocated, 663 children from applied families were provided with a social package for the third quarter.

Housing assistance for 2020 from the local budget to low-income families is provided 11049.0 thousand tenge.

For 9 months of 2020, 697 people from 160 families were assigned and paid 3206.1 thousand tenge.

Social assistance to certain categories of citizens in need by decisions of local representative bodies:

27570.0 thousand tenge was allocated from the regional budget for 2020 for social assistance to citizens discharged from a specialized anti-tuberculosis medical organization, who are at the supporting stage of tuberculosis treatment, 24894.7 thousand tenge was assigned to 132 people for 9 months, 17180.3 thousand tenge was paid. (For 1 person 10*2778=27780 tenge)

733.0 thousand tenge was allocated from the regional budget to provide social assistance to children registered at the dispensary with hematological diseases, including hemoblastosis and aplastic anemia, for 9 months 3 children were assigned 705.1 thousand tenge, 3 children were paid 541.2 thousand tenge. (For 1 child 7.6*2778=2113 tenge)

To ensure a guaranteed social package for children aged 1 to 6 years, 58642.0 thousand tenge was allocated from the budget, 695 children from the applied families were provided with social packages for the second quarter.

Housing assistance for 2020 from the local budget to low-income families is provided 11049.0 thousand tenge.

For 6 months of 2020, 697 people from 160 families were assigned 3206.1 thousand tenge and fully disbursed.

To ensure a guaranteed social package for children aged 1 to 6 years, 58642.0 thousand tenge was allocated from the budget,for the first quarter 622 children from the applied families were provided with social packages.

Housing assistance for 2020 from the local budget to low-income families is provided for 21049.0 thousand tenge.

For 3 months of 2020, 697 people from 160 families were assigned 3206.1 thousand tenge and fully disbursed.

Social assistance to certain categories of citizens in need by decisions of local representative bodies:

For social assistance to citizens discharged from a specialized anti-tuberculosis medical organization, who are at the supporting stage of tuberculosis treatment, 27570.0 thousand tenge was allocated from the regional budget for 2020, 27570.0 thousand tenge was assigned to 114 people for 4 months and 21024.5 thousand tenge was paid. (For 1 person 10*2651=26510 tenge)

242.0 thousand tenge was allocated from the regional budget for the provision of social assistance to children registered at the dispensary with hematological diseases, including hemoblastosis and aplastic anemia, for 4 months 3 children were assigned 705.1 thousand tenge and paid 221.0 thousand tenge. (7.6*2651=20147 tenge per 1 child)

Due to the state of emergency:

1. from the number of recipients of targeted social assistance for 1248 children aged six to eighteen years, 6947.6 thousand tenge was paid;

2. 378 disabled children under the age of sixteen 2104.3 thousand tenge;

3. 2553 disabled persons of the first, second and third groups 14212.6 thousand tenge;

4. for 420 people raising disabled children 2338.1 thousand tenge;

5.782 unemployed persons registered with the local employment agency were paid 4353.4 thousand tenge.

In addition, 17,342 applications were received from the compulsory social insurance system for benefits temporarily lost their jobs in the amount of 42500 thousand tenge, of which 16,773 people were appointed, the remaining 569 people were not appointed due to unreliability of data.
