In 2021, the Aral District Department of Construction, Architecture and Urban Planning is implementing 10 projects totaling 4,192,088.1 thousand tenge.

Within the framework of the state program "Business Roadmap 2020", the engineering and communication infrastructure (gas supply, electricity supply) will be brought to the AralSoda plant with a capacity of 300 thousand tons in the Kyzylorda region.
1. Funds of the gas supply project under the contract - 1,388,425. 6 thousand tenge.
Allocations for 2020 - 50 000,0 thousand tenge.
2021 allocated funds - 210,153.0 thousand tenge.
To date, 8.1 km of pipelines of the gas network have been carried out. The funds allocated for 2021 have been fully disbursed and are currently temporarily idle due to insufficient budget funds for construction work.
It is planned that funds will be fully allocated for construction and installation work and the project will be implemented on a transitional basis until the work is completed.
2. Funds of the electricity supply project under the contract - 1,300,484. 2 thousand tenge.
Allocations for 2020 - 100 000,0 thousand tenge.
2 sets of 26.37 tons of non-insulated wires and 5,328 pieces of suspended glass insulators were received for the allocated funds on the power line.
2021 allocated funds - 49 600.0 tenge.
Due to the fact that the claim of JSC "Elektromontazh" on termination of the contract, which could not participate in public procurement, was considered in court in the specialized interdistrict economic court of the Kyzylorda region, before clarifying the circumstances, a decision was made to conclude an additional contract. Nevertheless, it is planned to change the purpose of the allocated funds and direct them to the costs of the gas supply project of the AralSoda plant.
3. At the expense of the district budget, "Construction of 12 training and streetball grounds in Aralsk, Kyzylorda region" is underway. The construction work dates are set for 2020-2021.
Under the contract-52,734.4 thousand tenge.
2020 allocated funds-8,188.0 thousand tenge.
2021 allocated funds-46 588.9 thousand tenge.
To date, construction and installation work has been completed in full, preparations are underway for state acceptance.

The remaining funds will require co-financing at the expense of the regional budget.
Currently, earthworks are being carried out at ground zero. However, due to the audit appointed by the Department of Internal State Audit of the Kyzylorda region, the disbursement of funds is temporarily suspended.
6. The total estimated cost of work on the "Construction of a water supply network in the microdistrict No. 5 of the city of Aralsk" within the framework of the state housing construction program "Nurly Zher" (provision of engineering infrastructure of areas designated for individual housing construction) is 553,356.0 thousand tenge.
Funds under the contract-466,251.4 thousand tenge.

Currently, the central water supply network has been excavated at a depth of 1.70 cm and 4.5 km of pipeline has been installed. Construction work continues. However, the funds related to the audit appointed by the Department of Internal State Audit of the Kyzylorda region have not been temporarily disbursed.
7. Purchase of housing for large, low-income families in the city of Aralsk within the framework of the state housing construction program "Nurly Zher".
2021 allocated funds-388,050. 0 thousand tenge.
In the microdistrict No. 2 of Aralsk, at the expense of individual entrepreneurs, a 1-storey 18 house (36 apartments) is being built. To date, public procurement has been carried out by means of a tender, results are expected.
