Monitoring the timeliness of filing by employees and their spouses

The timely submission of income and property declarations is an important component of compliance with the requirements of the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, ensuring transparency and strengthening the principles of integrity in public service.

The Department of Internal State Audit for the Kostanay Region carries out ongoing work to monitor the fulfillment by employees and their spouses of their obligations to submit declarations within the framework of the universal declaration system.

Particular attention is paid to compliance with established deadlines, timely informing employees of the need to fulfill their tax obligations, as well as conducting awareness-raising work on declaration issues.

As a result of this work, all employees of the Department and their spouses subject to the relevant obligation submitted their declarations within the timeframes established by law. No cases of late submission of declarations were identified following the conducted review.

Work in this area is not limited to verifying the fact of declaration submission. Ongoing monitoring of compliance with established requirements is carried out, necessary clarifications are provided, and organizational measures are taken to prevent possible violations in the future.

The timely submission of declarations helps to increase the level of responsibility of employees, strengthen official discipline, and foster a culture of conscientious fulfillment of duties established by law.

The Department of Internal State Audit for the Kostanay Region will continue its work to ensure proper oversight in this area, paying particular attention to the prevention of violations and compliance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
