The legality and efficiency of public procurement begin with proper planning. Starting from July 2026, within the framework of desk control in the area of "Public Procurement Planning," risk profile No. 16 "Content of the Annual Public Procurement Plan" will be applied.
The desk control of the Department of Internal State Audit for the Ulytau Region covered 162 lots carried out through the electronic store, totaling 71.1 million tenge.
Based on the control results, violations were identified in 7 lots totaling 15.7 million tenge, and notifications were sent for their elimination.
The identified violations are mainly related to the failure to account for the annual volume of homogeneous goods when making purchases through the electronic store, as well as incomplete indication of information about the subject of public procurement in the annual plan.
Desk control allows not only to identify violations but also to prevent them, as well as to ensure timely elimination. Quality planning of public procurement is one of the important conditions for the efficient and transparent use of budget funds.
