One of the important tools of state financial control is bringing guilty officials to administrative responsibility. In accordance with the legislation, internal state audit bodies, within their competence, consider cases of administrative offenses.
Over the 9 months of the current year, the Department of Internal State Audit for the Ulytau Region received 115 materials based on the results of audit activities of the Audit Commission for the Ulytau Region, which showed signs of administrative offenses.
Appropriate measures were taken by the Department on all received materials: 115 administrative cases were initiated, following the consideration of which fines totaling 9,287.9 thousand tenge were imposed. The entire amount of fines was collected in full and received as revenue to the state budget.
Such work is aimed not only at eliminating the consequences of identified violations, but also at increasing the responsibility of officials, strengthening financial discipline, and preventing violations in the future.
