The Department of Internal State Audit for Kostanay Region is monitoring wages in the "Online Budget Monitoring" system. As of 04.09.2026, violations involving inflated wages totaling 5,993.3 thousand tenge were identified. The violations have been eliminated and fully reimbursed to the budget.
The Department conducts daily risk analysis of inflated wages, unjustified salary payments, and artificial inflation of hours worked and rates.
Additionally, the Department, together with the State Institution "Education Department of Fedorovsky District" and subordinate organizations, held a meeting on the "Online Budget Monitoring" system, accounting rules, and financial reporting for school directors and accountants.
