For January–August 2026, the Department of Internal State Audit for the Zhetisu Region carried out significant work on conducting desk control in the field of public procurement. The control covered 15,977 lots totaling 300.4 billion tenge, which is 99.8% of the total number of lots subject to coverage. The execution rate of sent notifications on elimination of identified violations amounted to 98.1%.
In the reporting period, 16,009 lots totaling 301.7 billion tenge were subject to desk control. Based on the results of the control conducted, 15,977 lots totaling 300.4 billion tenge were covered.
Based on the identified violations, 1,716 notifications on elimination of violations were sent, of which 1,684 notifications were executed, which is 98.1%.
1st Area
5,229 lots totaling 172.5 billion tenge were subject to desk control. Actually, 5,225 lots totaling 172.5 billion tenge, or 99.9%, were covered.
Based on the control results, 655 notifications on elimination of violations totaling 11.2 billion tenge were sent. Of these, 642 notifications totaling 11.1 billion tenge were executed.
2nd Area
1,243 lots totaling 79.1 billion tenge were subject to coverage, of which 1,219 lots totaling 78.0 billion tenge, or 98.1%, were covered.
Based on the identified violations, 115 notifications totaling 7.4 billion tenge were sent, of which 108 notifications totaling 7.4 billion tenge were executed.

In this area, 100% of lots were covered by desk control: out of 3,737 lots subject to coverage, all 3,737 lots totaling 22.4 billion tenge were checked.
Based on the control results, 564 notifications on elimination of violations totaling 3.2 billion tenge were sent, of which 560 notifications totaling 3.1 billion tenge were executed.
Procurement from a Single Source by Direct Contract Conclusion
5,800 plan items totaling 27.7 billion tenge were subject to coverage. Actually, 5,796 plan items totaling 27.7 billion tenge, or 99.9%, were covered.
Based on the desk control results, 382 notifications on elimination of violations totaling 1.4 billion tenge were sent, of which 374 notifications totaling 1.4 billion tenge were executed.
