The Department of Internal State Audit for the Kyzylorda Region is conducting work on initiating administrative proceedings as provided for by current legislation. In the first half of 2026, 202 administrative protocols were drawn up for a total amount of 26.3 million tenge. Of these, 26.3 million tenge has already been collected into the budget, which constitutes 100%.
The analysis conducted revealed that the main composition of administrative proceedings consists of violations in the field of public procurement (concluding contracts without applying public procurement procedures on grounds not provided for by the Law, or untimely filing of lawsuits in court to recognize suppliers as unfair participants in public procurement).
Currently, the Department is fully implementing the application of summary proceedings in cases of administrative offenses in accordance with Articles 810 and 811 of the Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Administrative Offenses," which allows a person against whom administrative proceedings have been initiated to pay a fine in the amount of fifty percent of the amount specified in the sanction of the article within seven days.
