According to the results of a state audit conducted by the Department of Internal State Audit for the Turkestan Region, a number of financial violations were identified in the activities of the state institution "Department of Agriculture of the Turkestan Region" when providing subsidies in the livestock sector.
According to the audit report, during the period 2020–2024, when granting subsidies to the peasant farm "Madina" for carrying out the relevant work, the established conditions for providing subsidies were not fully complied with. In particular, for 8 out of 14 reviewed applications that did not meet the established requirements, budget funds were transferred in the form of subsidies totaling 32,982.8 thousand tenge.
This fact indicates improper compliance with legislative requirements when implementing state support measures in the field of subsidization. Such violations negatively affect the ensuring of legality, efficiency, and targeted use of budget funds. Based on the audit results, the need was noted to eliminate the identified violations, provide a legal assessment of the actions of responsible officials, as well as take appropriate measures and develop recommendations aimed at preventing such cases in the future.
