In the first half of 2026, the Department of Internal State Audit for the Kyzylorda Region carried out the reception and review of appeals from individuals and legal entities through the "E-Ötinish" information system in accordance with the requirements of current legislation.
During the reporting period, a total of 345 appeals were registered with the Department. Of these, 334 appeals were received through the "E-Ötinish" information system, while 11 appeals were accepted in paper form (hand-delivered) and registered in the prescribed manner.
By the nature of the received appeals, 221 applications, 49 complaints, 17 proposals, and 58 other appeals (letters, inquiries, and feedback) were reviewed.
All appeals received by the Department were reviewed within the timeframes established by current legislation, and appropriate measures were taken based on the review results. During the reporting period, no instances of violations of appeal review deadlines, nor cases of their unjustified termination or closure, were permitted.
Going forward, the Department will continue its work to ensure the timely and high-quality review of appeals from individuals and legal entities, as well as the protection of their rights and legitimate interests.
