The Department of Internal State Audit for Kostanay Region, in accordance with the approved List of Objects for 2026, conducted an audit engagement at the State Institution "Office of the Akim of Uzunkol Rural District of Uzunkol District" regarding the state audit of compliance in planning, use of budget funds, and state assets.
As a result of the audit, financial violations totaling 999.6 thousand tenge were identified. The identified violations indicate systemic errors in terms of improper record-keeping of fuels and lubricants, preparation of waybills, and violations in the execution of public procurement contracts.
As a result, the employees of the Institution committed violations due to ignorance of the established regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan, as well as the lack of proper fulfillment of obligations and inadequate control by the management of the Institution.
Following the audit, an order was sent to the audited entity regarding the need to eliminate the identified violations and recover budget funds.
