The Department of Internal State Audit for Kostanay Region, in accordance with the approved List of Objects for 2026, conducted an audit engagement at the State Institution "Office of the Akim of Ryazhsky Rural District of Uzunkol District" regarding the state audit of compliance in planning, use of budget funds and state assets.
The audit results revealed financial violations totaling 1,375.0 thousand tenge. The identified violations pertain to payroll accrual, write-off of fuels and lubricants, and violations in public procurement. As a result, the Institution's employees committed violations due to ignorance of the established regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan, as well as the lack of proper fulfillment of obligations and inadequate control by the Institution's management.
Following the audit, an order was sent to the audited entity on the need to eliminate the identified violations and recover budget funds.
