During the first half of 2026, the Department of Internal State Audit for the City of Astana initiated 456 administrative cases.
Of the total number of cases, 381 were considered under the summary proceedings procedure in accordance with the Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan on Administrative Offences. As a result of these proceedings, administrative fines totaling KZT 69.9 million were imposed, of which KZT 63.7 million has been collected.
In accordance with the applicable legislation, 62 administrative cases were referred to the Specialized Interdistrict Court on Administrative Offences of the City of Astana for further consideration based on applications received.
