Currently, the Department of Internal State Audit for Zhambyl Region of the Internal State Audit Committee of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan (hereinafter - the Department) is conducting online budget monitoring using the risk management and financial control system.As of 01.07.2026, no violations regarding salary overstatement have been identified.
In the future, the Department will increase the coverage of risk payments in the "Online Budget Monitoring" system.Also, the Department, jointly with the State Institution "Education Department of the Akimat of Zhambyl Region", the State Institution "Department of Physical Culture and Sports of the Akimat of Zhambyl Region", the State Institution "Health Department of the Akimat of Zhambyl Region", the State Institution "Culture Department of the Akimat of Zhambyl Region", as well as subordinate organizations of the above-mentioned Institutions, repeatedly holds meetings on compliance with and prevention of violations of the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan regarding salary overstatement, as well as prevention of transferring personal EDS (electronic digital signature) to third parties, which entails administrative liability.
