The Department of Internal State Audit for Kostanay Region is monitoring wages in the "Online Budget Monitoring" system. As of July 3, 2026, violations involving inflated wages totaling 5,581.4 thousand tenge were identified. The violations have been eliminated and reimbursed to the budget in full.
The Department conducts daily risk analysis of inflated and unjustified wage payments, as well as artificial inflation of hours worked and rates.
Additionally, the Department, together with the State Institution "Department of Education of Denisovsky District" and subordinate organizations, held a meeting on the "Online Budget Monitoring" system, accounting rules, and financial reporting for directors and accountants of schools, kindergartens, and extracurricular organizations.
