The Department of Internal State Audit in the Turkestan Region held an audit event in the municipal state institution "Kazygurt District State Archive" of the digitalization department, the provision of public services and archives of the Turkestan region based on the results of electronic monitoring.
The audit revealed a financial violation totaling 180,000.0 thousand tenge related to the identification of goods specified in the technical specification when purchasing the building. For this amount, it is recommended to take measures to restore it.
The audit also established that the institution did not fully comply with the requirements for confirming the reliability of documents certifying the supply of goods, as well as the validity of payment documents.
Based on the results of the audit, appropriate recommendations were made to eliminate the identified violations and prevent similar facts in the future.
