In accordance with Article 18 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated November 12, 2015, No. 392 "On State Audit and Financial Control," the Department of Internal State Audit for the Kyzylorda Region conducted an unscheduled electronic audit at the MSI "Arna" of the Department of Natural Resources and Environmental Management of the Kyzylorda Region. During the audit, violations amounting to 2,817.0 million tenge were identified.
In this regard, the Department, in accordance with Article 5 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated November 12, 2015, No. 392 "On State Audit and Financial Control" and the "Rules for Conducting Internal State Audit and Financial Control," approved by the Order of the Minister of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated March 19, 2018, No. 392, has issued an instruction to consider disciplinary liability and rectify the violations.
