On the results of online budget monitoring in the region of Zhetysu

The Department of Internal State Audit for the Zhetysu Region conducts online budget monitoring to control the targeted and efficient use of budgetary funds.

The "Online Budget Monitoring" module allows for real-time tracking of fund transfers and identifying potential violations in salary payments to employees of organizations in education, healthcare, culture, and sports.

Based on the results of online budget monitoring for the reporting period, the Department sent 1,422 notifications to monitored entities in the fields of education, healthcare, culture, and sports, whose payments were classified as high-risk, including:

• 957 notifications were sent in the field of education. Based on the review of the submitted materials, violations amounting to 698.7 thousand tenge were identified and reimbursed to the budget;
• 98 notifications were sent in the field of healthcare. Violations amounting to 31.8 thousand tenge were identified, confirmed by the submitted materials. The identified amounts were reimbursed to the budget;
• 169 notifications were sent in the field of culture. Violations amounting to 1,039.2 thousand tenge were identified, confirmed by the submitted materials. The identified amounts were reimbursed to the budget;
• 198 notifications were sent in the field of sports regarding payments amounting to 75,990.6 thousand tenge, which are currently under monitoring.

The practice of using the "Online Budget Monitoring" module confirms its effectiveness as a tool for the prompt identification and prevention of financial violations.

The Department of Internal State Audit for the Zhetysu Region will continue its work to strengthen preventive control, improve the budget risk management system, and ensure the legality of budgetary fund usage.
