RGU "Department of Internal State Audit of the Kostanay Region" (hereinafter - the Department) informs that in accordance with paragraph 3-1 of Article 57 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Education," the activities of organizations providing additional education for children, offering educational and recreational services to minors, are subject to licensing.
The license and (or) annex to the license for engaging in educational activities are issued for a period of five years. This provision was introduced by the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated December 26, 2025, No. 242-VIII ZRK "On Amendments and Additions to Certain Legislative Acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan on the Protection of Historical and Cultural Heritage Sites and Educational and Recreational Services" and came into force on April 1, 2026.
