The Department of Internal State Audit of the Turkestan Region conducted an audit event on February 10, 2026, at the communal state institution "Centralized Library System" of the Department of Culture, Language Development, Physical Culture and Sports of the Akimat of Sozak District, Turkestan Region.
The audit revealed financial violations totaling 26,911.2 thousand tenge. The inspection established facts of non-compliance with legal requirements in the calculation of wages.
In particular, a comparison was made between the wages to be accrued and paid to the personal accounts of employees and the actual payments made based on payment documents form No. 5-15A. As a result, discrepancies and violations of the wage calculation procedure were identified, in accordance with the requirements of the labor legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Government resolution.
The identified violations indicate systemic errors in the institution's wage accrual and payment process.
Following the inspection, an instruction was sent to the audit object on the need to eliminate the identified violations and restore budget funds.
