The Department of Internal State Audit for the Turkestan Region conducted an audit event at the communal state institution "Kazygurt District State Archive" of the Department of Digitalization, Provision of Public Services and Archives of the Turkestan Region on March 2, 2026.
During the audit on compliance with the requirements of the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, including public procurement legislation, financial violations totaling 180,000.0 thousand tenge were identified. In particular, facts of non-compliance of goods with the technical specifications during the acquisition of a building, as well as insufficiency of supporting documents and incomplete adherence to processing procedures were established.
Furthermore, it was established that during the procedures for the purchase and sale of a building located at the address: Turkestan Region, Kazygurt District, Kazygurt village, central street, the requirements for ensuring the reliability and validity of payment documents and confirming the delivery of goods, work performed, and services rendered were not met.
Following the audit event, the audited entity was issued an instruction on the need to eliminate the identified violations and recover the budget funds.
