The Department of Internal State Audit for the Turkestan region conducted an audit event at the state institution "Department of Construction, Architecture and Urban Planning of the Zhetysai District" on March 13, 2026.
The audit revealed financial violations totaling 991,932.8 thousand tenge. In particular, during the verification of compliance of goods specified in the technical specifications under public procurement contracts, violations amounting to 980,656.0 thousand tenge were identified. Financial discrepancies amounting to 11,276.8 thousand tenge were also identified under a contract for construction work.
Following the audit event, an instruction was sent to the audit object regarding the need to eliminate the identified violations and restore budgetary funds.
