The Department of Internal State Audit for the Turkestan region, during an inspection of the branch of the joint-stock company "Agrarian Credit Corporation" in the Turkestan region, uncovered financial violations.
The audit results established that when subsidizing a loan in the amount of 40,800.0 thousand tenge, issued through the credit partnership "Yassy-Nesie" LLP to the individual entrepreneur "Nurdalet", the established requirements were not met.
The inspection revealed that when making the decision to subsidize, the conditions for the targeted use of funds, the borrower's fulfillment of obligations, and the requirements for granting subsidies were not fully taken into account. As a result, the authorized commission made a decision in violation of the established rules, and subsidies in the amount of 7,646.6 thousand tenge were unjustifiably transferred to the account of "Yassy Nesie" LLP.
According to experts, such violations indicate insufficient control in financial decision-making and incomplete verification of submitted documents.
Currently, measures are being taken to rectify the identified violations and recover the budget funds. The issue of a legal assessment of the actions of responsible persons is also being considered.
The Department of Internal State Audit for the Turkestan region continues its systematic work to ensure the lawful, efficient, and targeted use of budget funds.
