Based on the results of an inspection conducted at the request of the Prosecutor's Office of the Turkistan Region and the Prosecutor's Office of the Tulkibas District, violations were identified in the activities of the communal state institution "Department of Agriculture and Land Relations of the Akimat of Tulkibas District".
The inspection established that in 2020–2021, the individual entrepreneur "A. Alaidarov" unjustifiably received subsidies intended for the maintenance of breeding bulls used for cattle reproduction. The total amount of unjustifiably received funds amounted to 97,100.0 thousand tenge.
According to the established data, violations of the requirements regulating the procedure for state support were committed during the provision of subsidies, leading to the misuse of budget funds.
Following the inspection, the relevant materials were sent to the authorized bodies for legal assessment and measures to recover the budget funds.
Experts note that such violations reduce the effectiveness of state support mechanisms and negatively impact the transparency and targeted use of budget funds.
Work is currently ongoing to rectify the identified violations and hold the responsible persons accountable as established by law. The need to strengthen control mechanisms to prevent similar cases in the future is also emphasized.
