The Department of State Revenue for the Akmola Region continues to monitor budget funds in real-time using the "Online Budget Monitoring" module.
The "Online Budget Monitoring" module is used in the fields of education, healthcare, culture, sports, and tourism. It allows for real-time monitoring of the targeted use of budget funds, including wage payments.
Special attention is paid to analyzing transfers to employees' card accounts, which helps identify unjustified payments disguised as salaries.
Audits have already confirmed the presence of risks in a number of cases, highlighting the need for further development of digital monitoring. A comprehensive approach and modern technologies make the control over budget funds more effective and transparent.
Thus, for the period from January 1 to April 30, 2026, the Department monitored wage payments through OBM and issued a total of 723 notifications regarding 9023 risky payments, including:
in the field of education: 244 notifications regarding 6974 risky payments;
in the field of culture: 447 notifications regarding 1844 risky payments;
in the field of healthcare: 32 response notifications regarding 205 risky payments;
For 29 risky payments where facts of illegal disbursements were confirmed, the funds were returned to the state budget.
If a monitored entity fails to comply with notifications and high risks persist, the Department initiates and conducts a state audit. Based on its results, responsible officials will be identified and held accountable under disciplinary procedures.
