Violations were identified for 288 lots with a total value of 2 billion 275 million tenge, for which notifications for 288 lots were issued. For failure to comply or improper compliance with notifications, under Article Part 3, Article 462 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 19 protocols were drawn up against officials to bring them to administrative responsibility; under Article 207 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 65 protocols on administrative offenses were drawn up.
