In accordance with its assigned tasks and functions, the Department of Internal State Audit for the Zhambyl Region has carried out relevant work based on the results of the past period.
Thus, during the past period of the current year, the Department conducted 5 unscheduled audit events, of which: 4 were based on instructions from the Committee, and 1 was based on appeals from legal entities and individuals.
Based on the results of the conducted audit events, financial violations totaling 1,083.7 million tenge were identified in 5 cases, of which: 26.3 million tenge were subject to recovery to the budget (fully recovered to the budget, which is 100.0%), and 1,057.4 million tenge were subject to rectification (rectified through completed works and services – 928.2 million tenge, which is 87.8%).
7 officials were held accountable under disciplinary procedures.
The main share of financial violations was identified during audits conducted based on instructions from the Committee – 980.7 million tenge, which is 90.5%, and based on appeals from legal entities and individuals – 103.0 million tenge – 9.5%.
In terms of financial violations, the following types of violations were identified:
- Payment of funds for uncompleted works and undelivered goods – 980.7 million tenge;
- Violations in the use of state assets and other violations – 103.0 million tenge.
The Department, through desk control, covered 11,434 public procurement procedures out of the required 11,439, which is 100%, where 1,103 notifications were sent to the organizer/customer, of which 1,057 notifications were executed, i.e., 95.8%.
For the untimely and improper execution of notifications, 19 protocols were drawn up and transferred to judicial authorities. As a result of the sent notifications, protocols on the results of public procurement were reissued.
