In the Department of State Revenue for the Akmola Region, real-time monitoring of budget funds continues using the "Online Budget Monitoring" module.
The "Online Budget Monitoring" module is used in the fields of education, healthcare, culture, sports, and tourism. It allows for real-time control over the targeted use of budget funds, including salary payments.
Particular attention is paid to analyzing transfers to employees' card accounts, which helps identify unjustified payments disguised as salaries.
Inspections have already confirmed the presence of risks in a number of cases, highlighting the need for further development of digital monitoring. A comprehensive approach and modern technologies make the control over budget funds more effective and transparent.
Thus, for the period from January 1 to March 31, 2026, the Department conducted monitoring of salary payments through OBM and issued a total of 416 notifications regarding 6043 risky payments, of which:
in the field of education: 174 notifications regarding 4968 risky payments;
in the field of culture: 213 notifications regarding 929 risky payments;
in the field of healthcare: 24 response notifications regarding 105 risky payments;
others: 4 notifications regarding 28 risky payments.
In case of non-compliance with the notifications and the persistence of high risks by the monitored entity, the Department schedules and conducts a state audit. Based on its results, responsible officials will be identified and subjected to disciplinary action.
