In the first quarter of 2026, the Department compiled 137 administrative offense protocols, of which 101 protocols were sent to the court for consideration.
For 36 cases, the Department imposed administrative penalties totaling 8,185,060 tenge, which were collected in full, including:
- 32 cases of administrative offenses in the field of public procurement amounting to 7,320,060 tenge, provided for by Article 207 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Republic of Kazakhstan. The main violations are related to the failure of customers to take measures to include suppliers in the register of unscrupulous participants, as well as providing preferences to certain suppliers;
- 4 cases of administrative offenses in the field of legislation on accounting and financial reporting with the imposition of fines totaling 865,000 tenge (Articles 238, 239 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Republic of Kazakhstan). The violations are due to improper accounting.
The Department actively applies summary proceedings for administrative offenses in accordance with Articles 810 and 811 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Republic of Kazakhstan, which allows the person against whom administrative proceedings have been initiated to pay a fine amounting to fifty percent of the amount specified in the sanction of the article within seven days.
