Audit results: violations of legislation in the area of pay and public procurement have been identified

     The Department of Internal State Audit for the Zhetysu Region conducted an audit at the RSE "Family Support Center 'Zhanuya'" of the State Institution "Department of Employment and Social Programs of the Karatal District" regarding compliance with the budgetary and other legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

     The audit revealed violations totaling 3,544.3 thousand tenge.

     In particular, it was established:

• overpayments and underpayments of wages to employees were made;
• an inventory shortage of goods and materials was identified.

     These facts indicate a violation of the requirements of the "Rules of Accounting," approved by the order of the Minister of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan, as well as the Resolution of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On the Remuneration System for Civil Servants, Employees of Organizations Funded from the State Budget, and Employees of State-Owned Enterprises."

     Furthermore, a violation of the norms of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Public Procurement" was established, expressed in the failure of the Customer to take measures to file a lawsuit to recognize the supplier as an unscrupulous participant in public procurement.

     Based on the audit results, administrative offense protocols were drawn up, as provided for by Part 10-2 of Article 207 and Subparagraph 2 of Paragraph 1 of Article 238 of the Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Administrative Offenses."

     The audited entity was issued an order to eliminate the identified violations and to consider the responsibility of the officials who committed these violations.
