The RSE "Department of Internal State Audit for the Pavlodar Region of the KSCA of the MF of the RK" continuously monitors the transfer of funds allocated for salary payments to employees of organizations in the fields of education, healthcare, culture, and sports on the "Online Budget Monitoring" platform.
The main goal of monitoring control is to ensure the targeted use of budget funds.
When risks are identified, Department employees send appropriate notifications, and in certain cases, audit activities are appointed.
Since the beginning of 2026, regarding employees in the mentioned fields whose payments have been classified as high risk, the Department has sent 237 notifications for a total amount of 1.6 billion tenge.
For risks where illegal payments are confirmed, the funds are returned to the state budget.
To date, for the Pavlodar region, the majority of budget funds have been returned.
Currently, work continues to identify illegal financial transactions.
This functionality will continue to operate and implement new innovative approaches to prevent financial violations and protect the country's budget.
