Currently, the Department of Internal State Audit for the Zhambyl Region of the Committee of Internal State Audit of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan (hereinafter - the Department) is conducting online budget monitoring using a risk management and financial control system.
Online budget monitoring is a new information system based on the risk management system of the Committee of Internal State Audit of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan, aimed at the efficient and transparent use of public funds.
This system allows for tracking the expenditure of budget funds in real-time.
In this regard, for February 2026, the Department sent 24 notifications for a total amount of 24,356.4 thousand tenge regarding 120 risky payments related to the salaries of employees of the Education Department of the Akimat of Zhambyl Region and its subordinate institutions.
Of these, 28 risky payments for a total amount of 4,421.8 thousand tenge were confirmed and reimbursed to the budget. For 92 risky payments amounting to 19,934.6 thousand tenge, the risks were not confirmed, and supporting documents were provided for them.
Furthermore, the Department will continue its work in this direction.
