In February 2026, the Department of Internal State Audit for the Kostanay Region sent out notifications regarding the risks of wage overstatement.
As of March 5, 2026, no violations related to wage overstatement have been identified.
In the future, the Department will increase the coverage of risk payments in the "Online Budget Monitoring" system.
Additionally, the Department, together with the State Institution "Education Department of the Akimat of Kostanay Region", the State Institution "Department of Physical Culture and Sports of the Akimat of Kostanay Region", the State Institution "Healthcare Department of the Akimat of Kostanay Region", the State Institution "Culture Department of the Akimat of Kostanay Region", as well as the subordinate organizations of the aforementioned Institutions, repeatedly holds meetings on compliance with and prevention of violations of the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan regarding wage overstatement, as well as on preventing the transfer of personal digital signatures to third parties, which entails administrative liability.
