The Department of Internal State Audit for the Zhetysu Region continuously conducts "Online Budget Monitoring" to control the targeted use of budgetary funds.
Since the implementation of online budget monitoring, the Department has sent notifications to 105 monitored entities for a total amount of 67,968.5 thousand tenge regarding employees in the fields of education, healthcare, culture, and sports whose payments were identified as high-risk, including:
in the field of education – 66 entities for an amount of 43,493.9 thousand tenge;
in the field of culture and sports – 26 entities for an amount of 18,663.0 thousand tenge;
in the field of healthcare – 13 entities for an amount of 5,811.6 thousand tenge.
The "Online Budget Monitoring" module has proven its effectiveness as a tool for transparency and real-time operational control over the use of budgetary funds, as well as for identifying risks of financial violations at an early stage.
