The Department of Internal State Audit for the Kyzylorda Region is conducting work to initiate administrative proceedings as provided for by the current legislation. Over 12 months of 2025, 292 administrative protocols were drawn up for violations in the field of public procurement, totaling 35.4 million tenge. Of this amount, 35.0 million tenge has already been recovered to the budget, which constitutes 98.8%.
Frequent violations in the field of public procurement include concluding contracts without applying the public procurement procedure on grounds not provided for by the Law, or untimely filing of a lawsuit to court to recognize suppliers as unfair participants in public procurement.
Currently, the Department is fully implementing the application of summary proceedings in cases of administrative offenses in accordance with Articles 810 and 811 of the Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Administrative Offenses," which allows the person against whom administrative proceedings have been initiated to pay a fine amounting to fifty percent of the sum specified in the sanction of the article within seven days.
