The Department of Internal State Audit for the Akmola Region of the Committee of State Financial Control of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan, on a permanent basis, carries out activities aimed at applying measures of administrative responsibility and ensuring the receipt of administrative fines into the budget revenue.
According to the results of 2025, the Department has drawn up 551 administrative offense protocols against officials, which exceeds the figure for the same period in 2024 (485 protocols).
Out of the total 551 protocols, 530 were processed under summary proceedings for a total fine amount of 63,033,370 tenge, while 21 cases were referred to judicial authorities for consideration on the merits.
The predominant part of administrative offenses was identified in the sphere of public procurement. Thus, 85 protocols were drawn up for customers' failure to apply or untimely application to the court with demands to recognize suppliers as unscrupulous participants in public procurement in cases of non-fulfillment or improper fulfillment of contractual obligations. Furthermore, 120 protocols were issued for the non-placement or untimely placement of annual procurement plans, as well as amendments and (or) additions to them, on the public procurement web portal.
Within the framework of administrative practice, the Department widely applies the summary proceedings procedure for administrative offense cases, which ensures prompt payment of fines and their timely crediting to the budget.
