The Internal State Audit Department in Zhambyl Region, in accordance with the order of the Minister of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated November 30, 2015 598 "On approval of the Rules for the conduct of remote control", carries out cameral control of state procurement, which aims to prevent corruption, timely suppression and prevention of violations, granting the right to the object of a state audit to independently eliminate detected violations as a result of the departmental control and reducing administrative burden on objects of state audit.
Thus, 21,378 public procurement procedures have been covered so far this year out of 21,527 pending, which is 99.3%.
As a result of the departmental control carried out to eliminate detected violations, the department sent 1,650 notifications to the organizer/client, of which 1,627 were executed, which is 98.6% of the total number of notifications sent.
Thirteen protocols have been drawn up and handed over to the judicial authorities for late and improper execution of notifications. As a result of the sent notifications, protocols on the results of public purchases are re-issued.
In addition, during the reporting period, the Department of Government Procurement received 480 complaints from legal and natural persons: from them 70 were fully or partially approved, 336 were rejected and 56 were withdrawn.
