The Department of State Revenue for the Akmola Region continues to monitor budget funds in real-time using the "Online Budget Monitoring" module.
The "Online Budget Monitoring" module is used in the fields of education, healthcare, culture, sports, and tourism. It allows for real-time control over the targeted use of budget funds, including salary payments.
Particular attention is paid to analyzing transfers to employees' card accounts, which helps identify unjustified payments disguised as salaries.
Inspections have already confirmed the presence of risks in a number of cases, highlighting the need for further development of digital monitoring. A comprehensive approach and modern technologies make the control of budget funds more effective and transparent.
Thus, for the period from January 1 to February 4, 2026, the Department conducted monitoring of salary payments via OBM and sent a total of 44 notifications regarding 552 risky payments (533 individuals), of which:
- in the field of education: 29 notifications regarding 494 risky payments (494 individuals);
- in the field of culture: 7 notifications regarding 20 risky payments (21 individuals);
- in the field of healthcare: 8 response notifications regarding 38 risky payments (18 individuals).
If a monitored entity fails to comply with notifications and high risks persist, the Department will schedule and conduct a state audit. Based on its results, responsible officials will be identified and held accountable under disciplinary procedures.
