In 2025, within the framework of the Online Budget Monitoring system, the Department of Internal State Audit for Kostanay Region issued 451 notifications. As a result, violations related to payroll calculations were identified in the amount of KZT 62,875,720.0 in the education sector, KZT 278,039.00 in the healthcare sector, KZT 7,221,387 in the culture sector, and KZT 7,670,041 in the sports sector. All identified violations were fully reimbursed to the budget.
In January 2026, notifications regarding risky payroll payments were sent. As of January 31, 2026, no cases of overstatement were identified. The Department will continue monitoring the risk of payroll overstatement within the Online Budget Monitoring system.
In addition, the Department, together with the State Institution “Department of Education of the Akimat of Kostanay Region,” the State Institution “Department of Physical Culture and Sports of the Akimat of Kostanay Region,” the State Institution “Department of Healthcare of the Akimat of Kostanay Region,” the State Institution “Department of Culture of the Akimat of Kostanay Region,” as well as subordinate organizations of the above-mentioned institutions, held meetings on compliance with and prevention of violations of the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
