The Department of Internal State Audit for the Kostanay Region, based on a request from T., conducted an audit at the State Institution “Apparatus of the Akim of the Mikhailovsky Rural District of the Mendykarinsky District” (hereinafter referred to as the Institution) on the issue of compliance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan on state property of the Administration of the Akim of the Mikhailovsky Rural District, taking into account the arguments set forth in the appeal.
Based on the results of the audit, financial violations were identified that are subject to compensation in the amount of 0,437 million tenge, namely, the Institution unreasonably paid for utility services for the premises to the Lessee, and the Institution did not collect rent from the Lessee for the leased premises under contract No. 1 dated June 1, 2024.
At the same time, the Institution unreasonably concluded a contract for the gratuitous lease of state property No. 1 dated 01.06.2024 without complying with the procedure for the transfer of state property to property lease (rent).
Based on the results of the audit, the state audit requirement was fully complied with, and 0,437 million tenge was reimbursed to the budget.
The Department sent materials on bringing the official to disciplinary responsibility to the Department of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for Civil Service Affairs in the Kostanay Region.
