The Department of Internal State Audit in the Kostanay region" on the basis of the appeal of X. held an unscheduled audit event in the State Institution "Apparatus of the Akim of the Amangeldy District" (hereinafter referred to as the Institution) on the validity of the use of budget funds allocated to victims (in the field of animal husbandry) as part of the elimination of the consequences of the flood, taking into account the arguments specified in the appeal.
As a result of the audit, financial violations were established to be reimbursed in the amount of 9,978 million tenge, namely, the Institution unreasonably paid damage to the population for fallen farm animals in the amount of 9,978 million tenge.
During the audit, the Institution eliminated financial violations in full.
Based on the results of the audit, an order was sent to the Institution to consider the responsibility of the persons who admitted them.
According to the response of the Institution, by order of the akim of the district, the deputy akim of the district was brought to disciplinary responsibility in the form of a "remark."
