Over the first nine months of 2025, the Department of Internal State Audit received 2,179 appeals, including 1,446 applications (66.4%), 583 complaints (26.8%), 14 proposals (0.6%), and 136 other types of appeals (such as messages, requests, and feedback) 6.2% in total.
Of the total number of appeals, 221 were redirected to other government agencies.
An analysis of the content of the appeals showed that most of them were related to compliance with public procurement legislation and labor payment issues in the construction sector.
The most common mistakes made by applicants are:
- Incorrect filling of details (BIN, IIN);
- Wrong classification of the type of appeal;
- Lack of description of the essence of the issue;
- Sending the appeal to the wrong government body.
The Department will continue to work on improving the efficiency and transparency of handling citizens’ and business entities’ appeals, implementing the principles of a “listening state”.
