On October 8, 2025, a seminar was held in the Amangeldi District of Kostanay Region with the participation of employees from state institutions and state-owned enterprises. The seminar focused on compliance with anti-corruption legislation and the norms of the Code of Ethics for civil servants.
The event was attended by Deputy Head of the Department of Internal State Audit for Kostanay Region and Ethics Commissioner, Kairolla Nurmukhanov, as well as the Akim (Mayor) of Amangeldi District, Kanat Kedelbayev.
During the seminar, Kairolla Nurmukhanov presented the results of audit activities and desk (camerral) control conducted by the Department in Amangeldi District during 2024 and the first eight months of 2025. Special attention was given to identified violations and the measures necessary to prevent them.
In addition, Mr. Nurmukhanov held individual meetings with citizens to address issues arising in the course of official duties.
This seminar was an important step toward increasing legal awareness among civil servants, preventing corruption, and ensuring strict compliance with the Code of Ethics.
